About Us
Your Child Is in Great Hands

Co-Founder & Clinical Director
Superstar ABA Autistic Therapy was founded with a mission to provide compassionate, personalized care to children with autism—because every child deserves more than just a one-size-fits-all approach. Our founder, Eisha Ali, brings years of hands-on experience from working with five different agencies and in group homes supporting children facing challenges at home.
Through her journey, Eisha saw firsthand how many organizations lacked tailored treatment plans and often employed staff who were disconnected from the real needs of the children. Driven by a passion to make a real difference, she launched Superstar ABA to ensure that every child receives thoughtful, individualized therapy from a team that truly cares. Here, your child’s growth, comfort, and success come first.
Co-Founder & Operations Manager
With a strong foundation in working with children, Usman brings valuable experience and passion to the field of ABA therapy. He began his journey as a swim instructor in high school, teaching kids how to swim—an experience that taught him patience, communication, and the importance of individualized support. He later continued working with youth as a soccer coach, further developing his ability to motivate and connect with children. Combined with his undergraduate degree in business, Usman offers a unique perspective that blends leadership, empathy, and organizational skills—making him a strong asset to any ABA therapy team.
